A Little bit of Paris

I made this card using black velvet paper as the background.  The birthday sentiment is from Tlc Creations and the Eifel Tower is die from Sizzix.  I embossed the stars into the background pink paper and used a Martha Stewart punch for the borders on the pink papers.  Everything is better with a little bling, so I used clear gems all around the card.
