The correct designer of this fabulous frog image is Chrissy Armstrong. Since I had a request as to the name of this stamp and how to find it and after trying to come up with the right answer, I wrote to her asking about the image.
This is Chrissy's reply. I had drawn Beach Baby Jayme as a gift for my friend Lisa. Lisa has a sister who has terminal cancer. Last year, Lisa did a card drive for Jayme to try to put some smiles and joy into her life. Jayme loves frogs and has a sense of humour. So I put those two thoughts together, and came up with a hilarious sun-bathing froggie. For awhile, I offered it as a free image from Whimsy Stamps, where I have a drawing contract.
It is no longer on the Whimsy website, so you can't link it anywhere. The image is not being offered anymore, sorry.

I think this is such a fun card using bright and fun paper along with an adorably fabulous frog. The sentiment is from TLC Creations. The inside frog image is from Bugaboo. I used water color pencils to color the images.
